Changes to your arrival & departure dates can be made through Feb 2 using the link in your confirmation email.
Any room changes made after Feb 2 will be subject to hotel availability.

The hotel lobby can hold your luggage, as needed. Early check-ins or late check-outs are at the hotel's discretion.
Hotel charges are the responsibility of the individual; credit card will be required for payment at check-in.
All summit-related travel expenses should be reported in Concur for reimbursement.
